What we do
We will work with you from start to finish. You'll meet/liaise with owners Marise and Leigh in the early stages of the planning process and they'll be with you for the duration of the wedding overseeing the event and working right through to the end. We'll ask lots of questions to ensure we understand your needs and that both parties are “on the same page." Past clients have found this invaluable especially when planning from overseas.
We will provide more than just food. Host responsibility, alcohol calculations, run of the day time-lines and day before the wedding visits to the venue to "touch base" are standard. Event styling can be arranged and for any insider local knowledge just ask.
We will create amazing food tailored to the style or theme of your wedding. We happily incorporate special requests and go beyond standardised meal options - while these are a good starting point, you can have as much or as little input into the menu as you want. We can tailor a menu based around your absolute favourite food memories, family traditions or a specific cuisine. Our most popular dining option is "Family Style" where platters of food come to each individual table. Guests interact casually and convivially as the dishes are passed around the table. For a more traditional dinner service we also gladly offer a la carte menus. We are happy to discount the price per head for pre-ordered or "alternate drop" meals. We will offer full service and provide all staff.
What we don't do
We won't have more than one event on the same day. It’s your day, why should you have to share anything with anyone else! Thus ensuring your wedding gets the staff and attention it deserves.
We don't have a complicated pricing structure with lots of add on’s and hidden costs. You'll be provided with a transparent and easy to follow price per head so there's no guesswork.
We won't provide traditional buffet food. It doesn't fit in with our philosophy and aesthetics and who wants to queue to get dinner!
